Relax and allow yourself to be pampered…Cindy’s nurturing massage is a unique blend of Swedish circulatory, deep tissue, aromatherapy and energy work.

Swedish Circulatory Massage – A gentle and relaxing massage using long, smooth strokes, kneading and circular movements on superficial layers of muscle using massage lotion or oil.

Deep Tissue Massage – A massage that targets the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue using slower strokes or friction techniques across the grain of the muscle. Deep tissue massage is used for chronically tight or painful muscles, repetitive strain, postural problems, or recovery from injury.

Aromatherapy Massage – Massage therapy with the addition of one or more therapeutic grade essential oils made from plant extracts. Cindy enjoys custom blending select oils that are relaxing, energizing, stress-reducing and balancing. Aromatherapy massage is particularly suited to stress-related conditions or conditions with an emotional component.. 

Hot Stone Massage – A wonderful addition at the end of a massage. Heated, smooth stones are placed on acupressure points on the body to warm and loosen tight muscles and balance energy centers in the body.
